Shipping

When Does My Order Ship?

At Soul Leggings, we will begin working on your order within 30 minutes of you placing it (Operation Hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central time). If it is before 2:30 CST, it will most likely ship that same day, otherwise it will ship the following day. We know that you want and need your product as soon as possible.

Do You Ship on Saturdays?

We sure do! Saturdays are just another work day for us and we work on Sundays as well picking and packing orders, however, there are no UPS or USPS pickups on Sundays, so your Sunday order will then ship on Monday. We work 7 days a week to get your order out. We take your business seriously and we do not want to disappoint. We will do everything we can to get your order to you quickly and accurately.

Shipping Your Order

The Soul Leggings always strives to provide the lowest and most efficient shipping costs that we can, and we maintain close relationships with some of the largest shippers in the United States and Globally.  

  1. Shipping costs are flat rate.   
  2. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
  3. Soul Leggings uses USPS and UPS shipping services.
  4. We provide the lowest price options possible for shipping your product
  5. Shipping costs are always independent of our product prices.
  6. The shipping carrier may vary depending on your location and weight.
  7. We are not responsible for shipping delays resulting from UPS errors, weather, acts of god, errors made by the shipping company, errors or omissions provided by the customer or delays to shipping that are out of our control.
  8. If a wrong shipping address provided or any incorrect shipping information which results in your order being "Return to Sender", shipping costs are nonrefundable and must be paid for again for a reship.  The Soul Leggings is charged by the shipper (USPS or UPS) for these instances and the customer is responsible for the costs where the error is on their part.  
  9. We shall make every effort to ensure your order arrives quickly and in 100% good condition which includes working closely with the shipper (USPS or UPS), tracking your package and ensuring its safe delivery always.
